Found this on the 'Bay - a 1994 Gen 1 was stripped of its' body and a 1947 Lincoln body was put on the frame. Here's the description:
A 1994 Lincoln Mark VIII was fitted with a highly modified 1947 Lincoln body with most of the Mark VIII systems working. Only the automaic door locks and automatic seat adjustmennt do not work.
The modifications to the 1947 4-door body are as follows:
Copped 3 inches, sectioned 3 inches, shortened 9 inches, made into a 2-door, tilt-up hood, handmade dash, headlights recessed, additional pair of original taillights installed, all chrome redone.

This reminds me of the 1950 Ford body kits for the 1996/1997 Thunderbirds but way more involved. It's interesting but not for me. West Coast Customs did similar with putting a 1968 Dodge Charger body onto a 2011 Charger frame.
