Selling my 1998 Mark VIII base. Would prefer to sell the complete car and not part it out. Something is going on with the engine. Acting like a blown headgasket or cracked head. A few weeks ago it started spewing oiliy brown gunk out of the reservoir.
The car is in fair condition. It was in poor condition when I first got it and I was slowly fixing it up but its far from perfect. It drove beautifully until recently. It can still be started and moved, I just don't trust it to drive it. All sensors are good, no check engine light, cats are good, but mufflers were removed. The car also has Diamond Anniversary rear quarter windows but I assure it is not one. They were on there when I got the car. This car is a 1998 and I am aware that the DA's were 1996.
The car is White exterior with Gray interior. I don't have seats in it seeing I was using my Pontiac seats and I have pulled them to put back into my Pontiac. The rear light bar had gone out, so I installed the glitch module and it now works as it should, but has some minor peeling to the chrome trim. Also, it does not have functioning air ride. The pump was going out, so it has been converted to coil springs. Also, we pulled the drivers air bag to use in my roommates mustang to get it to pass an inspection, but it can be swapped back in if you want it as well.
The car would need to be towed or trailered out of here. It has a clean title. Located in Brazoria Tx. 77422 zip code.
