1998 Mark VIII CE

I've been on the forum for a while but I have yet to formally introduce myself. So here goes.
I sold my '01 Mustang GT for my first Mark 8/2011. It's a '98 Collectors Edition, with the original paint job, there are some bumps and bruises, but overall the car is in great shape to be 14 years old now.
I drove the car home from Philadelphia to Raleigh and I was pretty disappointed with the performance and thought maybe I made a mistake swapping a modded Mustang for a Lincoln that needed a hell of a tune up. The mileage on the 2 cars were within 1000 miles of one another, and the Mustang SOHC outran my wifes Charger R/T in 1/4 mile.
Here's what I've done to the Lincoln so far; and it has made all the difference:
-Pulled fuel injectors and soaked overnight
-Cleaned K&N filter
-Removed silencer
-Replaced camshaft position sensor, crankshaft position sensor, throttle position sensor, and idle air control assembly.
-Cobra intake swap
-EGR delete
-Spark plugs
-Ignition coil boots
-Change out of engine oil, trans fluid, brake fluid, power steering fluid, and differential.
-SCT mail order tune
Up next:
-New brake pads
-New rotors
-MR100 Air Compressor assembly(part is en route due to bad vent solenoid)
More pictures to follow. Any advice/criticism is welcome.
