2000 LS Rear door panel

Window has dropped and the P/W does not work. I have attempted to remove the rear door panel, however after removing the 3 screws the panel will not release. HELP!

I'd recommend taking it to a body shop - they deal with that stuff all day long. I'd avoid a dealer - they think all Lincoln owners are made of money...
