2000 ls v8 engine light

my 2000 ls started running bad and the light came on. I had it scanned it said missfire on cylinder 6. I changed that coil and all new plugs. The car runs perfect and gets better gas mileage now. I had the comp reset and the light came back on for the same problem. Its still running fine. Any ideas why he light would come back on?
 
....maybe another cylinder affected.... Stop by Auto Zone and they will read the codes for free...it will tell you which cyl. it is.

Also, it could be a bad boot, not the coil or plug. Did they also replace the rubber boot when they changed the plug and coil? Was it a Lincoln dealer?
 
I did the repair. I replaced the plugs and the coil boot assembly on cylinder 6.

I went to auto zone and they scanned the car originally and it said misfire on cylinder 6. I did the repairs. The car feels much better. And i still get the same code misfire on cylinder 6.
