2003 lincoln town car drivers door

i have a 2003 lincoln town car and am trying to remove the interior door panel. I have taken off the pull handle screws the screw behind the cover next to the door handle. How does the switch panel come loose. Also it show 3 screws in the bottom of the door and i have a big pocket that runs the legnth of the door with no screws showing. so how does the bottom of the door release
