50TH Anniversary - ALL 1958 Ford & Lincoln-Mercury Makes & Models
1958 is known as the year of change in the auto industry.

1958 is known as the year of change in the auto industry. Many models were changed drastically this year. After the success of the Shoe Box era, Ford & Lincoln-Mercury made many changes to their product lines resulting in some truly unique one-of-a-kind vehicles that remain popular and highly collectable today.

We will display 1958 FOMOCO production vehicles in a special area that will include makes & models of this spectacular year of automobile. The cars will be assigned to various classes and participant balloting will determine first, second and third place for each class. Awards will be given to class winners and other selected awards will be a part of this event.

40TH Anniversary Reunion for Cobra Jet Powered Vehicles
Cobra Jets will rule for this edition of the All-Ford Nationals!

It is the 40TH Anniversary of the birth of Cobra Jet Powered Vehicles! You asked for it and here it is. We are hosting a reunion for every Ford and Mercury powered by a Cobra Jet engine. Cobra Jets will rule for this edition of the All-Ford Nationals! There will be a special display of vintage and historical Cobra Jet vehicles.

There is a “Special Limited Edition” polo shirt available for purchase for those who pre-register only! Don’t miss out owning your piece of Cobra Jet history! It is very cool! An artist’s rendering with be forthcoming!

Purchase a ticket to be part of the “Cobra Jet Picnic Lunch” to be delivered to the Cobra Jet display area Saturday. It is available to a limited number of pre-registered participants only! More details to follow later, but don’t be left hungry and wishing you had signed up. Lots of great camaraderie with your fellow CJ owners!

SVT 15th ANNIVERSARY REUNION

It has been 15 years since the Ford Special Vehicle Team entered the market, so to commemorate a great decade-and-a-half of SVT-badged high-performance Fords, the SVT Owners Association is planning an SVT 15th Anniversary Reunion at Carlisle 2008. The SVTOA is calling all SVT vehicle owners to join them in a special display area to include every SVT -- from SVT Mustang Cobras to SVT F-150 Lightnings, plus the SVT Contour and SVT Focus -- even the SVT-engineered Ford GT supercar! What's more, the SVTOA will have special giveaways all weekend, and has invited some key past and present SVT engineers for a Q & A session that you won't want to miss. So join the SVTOA and its members in celebrating the longest-running, best-selling, most successful niche performance vehicle program in Ford's 100-plus year history and show your Ford SVT vehicle at Carlisle 2008!

It will be a hive of activity with the members of the Yellow Mustang Club & the members of the Black Mustang Club parked together. So many black & yellow Mustangs will be a real sight to see! Just like the activity around a hive of honey bees! The honey will be flowing from the members of these two very prestigious clubs. Talk about bringing everyone AND the kitchen sink… they show us how get together and bring a club to the All-Ford Nationals!

20th Anniversary of the Merkur Scorpio
Organized by The Merkur Club of America

Twenty years ago, the second model of the Merkur line-up was introduced, the 1988 Merkur Scorpio. Much like the Merkur XR4Ti introduced in 1985, the Merkur Scorpio was a Ford of Europe designed and built product. Where the XR4Ti was a more sporting two-door vehicle, the four-door Scorpio was a larger luxury car, designed to compete against the likes of the BMW 5-series and Mercedes Benz 190E 2.6.

Fewer than 25,000 Merkur Scorpios were imported to North America during the brief two-year span that the car was sold here. It is estimated that fewer than 5,000 exist today. Although small in Number, Merkur Scorpio owners are a very passionate bunch, representing both extremes of the automotive enthusiast; you’ll find everything from 100% stock restorations to all-out Modular V8 conversions!

In celebration of 20 years of Scorpio, the Merkur Club of America (MerkurClub.com) is organizing a reunion of all Scorpios and their owners at the All-Ford Nationals. If you own a Scorpio, or just want to visit with the finest collection of Scorpios in the world, this is not an event to be missed!

Don’t Miss Dyno Dale at Carlisle!

Axcelerated Motorsports is the official dyno of Carlisle Events and will be frequenting Carlisle Car and Truck shows throughout the season. Axcelerated provides mobile dyno tuning for cars and trucks using their Dynojet 248 chassis dynamometer. Find out how much horsepower your car or truck really has! Also our wide band O2 monitoring will determine if all that precious fuel is making power or just being wasted out the tail pipes.

Attention Clubs! Coming early or staying late? Club rates may apply for off peak hours at the events. A minimum number of cars may be required. Availability varies by event.
