That is the coolest thing I have ever seen! I found a different version of it on youtube and it's supposed to be the Ukrainian Independence building. Like their Fourth of July celebration.

Here's another one that's got lots of different buildings but I think the vid is a mix of real and simulated projections, since it's made by an advertising company. The music sucks, but whatever.
