86 Mark VII Rear Brake Failure

I have no brake fluid going to my rear disk brakes. Have traced all the way back to master cylinder. Master cylinder is not pumping fluid to my rear brake lines. OBD test did not detect any failures. There are no warning lights on my instrument panel indicating a brake failure or loss of fluid. My front break work just fine there is break fluid flow, good high pressure and purge just fine. My rear breaks don't purge due to no fluid in the lines.

Does that vehicle have a "proportioning valve"? If it does, sounds like it isn't let ANY fluid go to the rear brakes. I'm pretty sure that's the name of the valve that Ford used in the 80's to regulate how much force goes to front/rear brakes.

My mark 8 did the same thing a couple years ago. I replaced the proportioning valve and that did it.
