No... the ring and pinion P/N is M4209-G430M and the installation kit P/N is M-4210-B. Separate kits and separate part numbers.

On a related note, I have a '95 Thunderbird SC with a 5-speed and I pulled the differential off a junkyard Lincoln Mk VIII to put on my car for the weight savings. After the transmission guy got both diffs apart he found that the shoulder on the 2.73 pinion gear from my car, that I want to put into the aluminum case, has too tall a shoulder. Basically, I want to take the guts of my LSD 2.73 and put them in the Lincoln aluminum case, but even with no shims on the pinion gear, it won't go into the case far enough.

Does anyone know anything about this? It would be a big help.
