They call it the Remote Chassis Unit, and it sounds like you do have that thing, or the car came with it?

Thats good to know......Bud has been good to me so far Feel free to "handle" it, it took us 2 1/2 pages to figure out what YEAR the guys damn car was, hHAHahahaHAHahAHAHAH!

On that note.....the engine stick on EVERY vehicle tells you the correct year. The door sticker will include the build month and on almost every car, anything past the 9th(September) month makes it the following year vehicle. For example, 8/95 would make the car a 1995, 9/95 would make it a 1996.

The car has it. I still think the Remote Chassis thingy is a WEIRD setup, seems rather inefficient.

Yeah, definitally wierd....I think its a audio converter of sorts for the CD changer in/outputs. Who knows....its a Ford.
