A/C recharge with "Arctic Freeze"

After a warm commute home, I stopped in Wal-Mart and bought a can of 134a refrigerant called "Arctic Freeze" with an attached low pressure gauge. The 22 ounce can is 18 ounces of refrigerant, plus 4 ounces of lubricant, Qwikboost A/C Performance Booster, System Safe Leak Sealer, O-Ring conditioners and acid & moisture eliminator. Hope the "4 ounces" of other stuff is high quality and not a "witches brew".
When I got home I checked the outlet temp, and it was blowing at 72 degrees.
I hooked up the pressure gauge, and it was fluctuating between 25-45 psi. At this point, I wasn't sure if I should proceed or not since the pressure wasn't stable, but I went ahead and started the charge after doing a little more thinking. After about 45 seconds the gauge stabilized in the very low 30's, and after about 3 minutes it reached about 35 psi and would not take any further charge.
The center outlet temp reading dropped to 48 degrees, and in driving the car later, I did notice that it is delivering colder air faster than I ever noticed before.
