OK, I just can't help but do this. If you look in my barn, you will find, among other things, a 1973 LTD Country Squire with a 550 horse 460 (thats a full size woodie station wagon for you young'uns), a 79 Lincoln Mark V Bill Blass Edition with a 500 horse 429, a 02 F150 Supercab with an 8' box and a few mods, a showroom condition 75 Cougar, a 95 Mark VIII with lots of mods, and a 14,000 mile Mark VIII CE. Now, if I was going to call any of them a beast, really think a Mark VIII qualifies? lol

XCal2 Tuner, drive shaft, electric water pump, underdrive pullies, long tube headers, 4.10s, throttle body, K&N, HIDs, heated seats from a 98...all that is at 210,000 miles and running like a dream yet, but I have a 30,000 mile engine waiting to go in when it finally pukes, and I think I'll be giving Dennis a call then for a supercharger.

RE: a comment on beasts

bored, edelbrock performer RMP packages, Holley 850 double pumper, MDS ignition, Hooker Supercomps....those engines were 360 horse stock so it doesn't take all that much work. (it was harder in the 429 btw-the 460 is a '70 Lincoln engine with aftermarket aluminum heads). I can't figure out how to post pics here, but if you happen to have AOL, you can see them in my profile...gearfreak62
