Although I've been lurking since December 2012, Tixer pointed out that I never properly introduced myself. Thank you Tixer.
I've been a gear head for most of my life & have always had a love of the Mark Series although I've only owned a few of them.
In the past I've owned a 1983 Mark VI Signiture Series Coupe (1 of 40 reportedly built) 1988 Mark VII LSC, 1990 Mark VII LSC, 1997 Mark VIII LSC, and my latest one; a 1998 Mark VIII base that currently has 62K miles that I use as my daily driver.
My Forum Name, Pantera1973, comes from my pride & joy; my 1973 DeTomaso Pantera. She's been in the family for 28 years now and she has just under 14,000 original miles. It's about 95% original down to the 41 year old paint & interior.
It's great to be here & I look forward to helping out when able and continuing to learn even more about the Mark VIII.
