AC gets warmer as I drive

My AC works fine and it doesn't get warm, per se. But the temp is not as cold when I am moving and the higher the RPM the less cold it gets. What would be the reason for that?

The computer shuts off the AC at full throttle.

Recharge the system...

Might also want to check for low freon.
