Are all of them like this with the actron scanners on the bottom? I looked it up on the manual and that shows it means the cali standards, not just federal standards, which i assume are stricter being cali. Could that be why i can't get the best fuel mileage out of my mark, and the computer is constantly still adding fuel? Anyone else have an actron scanner and can compare, or any input?
