Adobe Indesign files MAC - WINDOWS ?

Anyone familiar with Indesign ?
I have these files created on MAC in InDesign CS or 2.0.2
and I can't open them on Windows.
Come on MAC guys !!!

yep, both CS and 2.0.

yes, I did use email to transfer files. Will try to zip them. Thanx.
