Per Craig’s advice I ordered the 1.5” lowered coil over kit from struts-r-us today. They wanted a $1000 dollars to fix just the rear bags. So I figured that $400 for all 4 corners was a steal. Will let ya'll know how they fit and ride.

coil over club is growing here, i was scared at first, but glad i did it,anyway no one would a known if you didn't tell em, and the ride is near perfect, I think i may have been the first member(that admitted)to do it. good luck with the swap, no prob with right tools and having a partner helps too!luckily i had an uncle with a lift which made it a whole lot easier!

Ogar, congrats on the order. I'm glad Tim took care of you.

I highly recommend you replace your upper rear shock mounts, and rear shocks. You can go with a simple set of Monroe sensi-tracs for a 92-97 T-bird(non-SC). They will perfectly compliment your front struts, and are only about $29.00 each+ the rear mount kit(Max at Five Star Ford sells a complete kit for both sides for $$32.27 ea+ frieght.

I was thinking about the Bilsteins for the Thunderbird (B46-1506) but I will need the rear mount kit. Thanks for the heads up. Should have the springs in on Friday.

Anyone used the new shocks from Monroe... the reflex series. I think the price for us would be 45 each. Heard any rumors about them yet? Maybe I will be the Guinea pig.
