Airbag warning light

I was working on the Blue Flame today, mostly under the hood tidying up things and wiring the HIDs back in. I decided to start the car and check everything out when I discovered the airbag light was flashing while the car was idling. :(

Three flashes, then two... manual says open circuit or high resistance in drivers side circuit.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and suspect a broken clock spring when the motor was replaced. I never noticed the light before but I did note the steering wheel wasn't at 12 o'clock.

If anyone has one, let me know, otherwise I guess I'm shopping eBay or try to take the one from the parts car.

How bad of a job is this going to be?

I know it isn't tough on a Gen II......even I could do it! Hardest thing is to find one that hasn't already been broken.....

Plant your feet on the ground, prop your knees against the back, and YANK! On the steering wheel that is, lol. Everytime I've tried a puller, the threads strip out.
