Alexanders T-Bird.

RE: Alexanders T-Bird.

Nice!

Chopped top, lowered, nice side graphics (they fit the car well) and around the headlights, and shaved them things on the fender. I like the wheels, or rather wheel, but it looks fake.

RE: Alexanders T-Bird.

I know, that wheel sucks. Im looking for a better source so its at least close.

It looked great until I skewed it to fit?

I love the modifications including the top chop, shaved door handles, extended fins and nosed front end.

The scallop paint job looks right at home in the cove on the door.

Great job!

Looks great. I think it might look good if you could push the wheels out a bit closer to the wheel cutouts.

RE: Alexander's T-Bird.

For decades there has been misinformation propegated through print about a gold top 1960 Thunderbird. This limited edition model supposedly had a gold painted or gold vinyl covered roof. No such car was ever made. The confusion started because the company that made the sunroofs for the 1960 was called Golde, so these cars were referred to by Ford as Golde Tops. Whenever this misinformation is in an article, the number of "gold tops" produced is always very near to the number of Golde Tops produced - only 2500.

I decided to have some fun in Photoshop and make a legendary "gold top" out my Golde Top. The Golde Top Thunderbird is the first American car after World War II with a factory sunroof. For more information visit http://www.squarebirds.org/1960_golde_top_punch_cards.htm .
