This weekend, Rob (RobMan2) will be going over to Phil's house (Now Lynn's) and put the OEM water pump in. He will also charge the battery. The plan is to drive the car to Rob's place to fix it up. He's found a guy that is offering 10K for the car; once Rob makes sure it is in sellable condition. There is some fear that the car was driven overheated and a head gasket is leaking.
Once at Rob’s house, he’ll clean it up and install the Cobra radiator and fan.
We'll talk to Lynn to see if that 10K offer is acceptable, assuming there is no major engine damage.
The Kelley Blue Book on the car with that many miles on it is $9015. With all the added stuff, it’ll be a steal at 10K, assuming Lynn will go for it.
