There's a storm moving across the Midwest, I wish everyone the best.
I've had my share of storms this summer. Many people in this area have had horrible flooding in their homes and vehicles this year.
I've been luckier than most so far, but this latest one might have hail.
A few weeks ago my new black Mark VIII got a drenched carpet from the flooding as I was driving home. I had to remove the interior, pressure wash the carpet, and put it back together. No damage though, no connectors got wet, and I wanted to clean the carpet anyway.
Last weekend, a tree fell across my road, taking the power wires with it. It was arcing when I got home. I had no power for the weekend. The fridge needed a good cleaning out anyway.
