anti-theft problem in 95 mark

My 95 mark will not let me lock the doors without having the alarm go off, is there a common problem associated with this or do i have to dig around the car looking? thanks in advance

Have you tried unplugging the hood pin switch?

havent tried to un-plug the hood pin switch. and the door sensors are good. this will be my project for this weekend.
