My neon doesn't work, regularly has water, and is moldy/full of black gunk.
Does anyone have any pictures of where they drilled the drains? I take it I should be doing this from the back, and through the reflector, without separating all the bits? Is it safe to pour liquid (water, and some sort of cleaner or bleach) into these holes and try to clean it out so that when I install the Glitch ballast I have ordered it is clean, and doesn't wipe out the new one?
I had planned on leaving the center bar off the vehicle until I got the ballast, but the missing weight makes the trunk violently open with the remote, and I guess I could duct tape the opening closed (we are expecting rain this week) but I think I should reinstall it until the ballast comes in, but I would like to get it cleaned up.
