Well, it's time to start thinking about what you want for dinner on May 31, 2003. :)


From our website:
The club will have its annual awards banquet at the hotel on Saturday May 31, 2003 from 9 PM to 11 PM. This will be proceed by a cash bar from 8 Pm to 9 PM. Please make your reservations now. Click here for menu and registration for the banquet. It is unlikely that there will be extra seats available on the day of the banquet. The hotel set the number of seats and meals based on the preregistration.

Last year's banquet was a blast. We had awards, Alexander had a TON of awesome stuff to raffle off, and the company was great.

But anyway, it is a good time, lots of fun, but you do have to pre-register.

Last Year was my first time in Carlisle. I was welcomed by all and had a great time at the show and the awesome banquet. I highly recommend both to anyone considering making the trip.

Are non members welcome at the banquet? I'll probably end up taking a guest, but i don't know who yet. I was thinking about just getting two seats at the banquet, and if i end up coming alone i just have a spot to put my feet up and an extra dinner.

Alexander is going to need to get a count to the hotel for how many will be attending the banquet very very soon.

It was a great time last year, and this year we may even have some musical talent on hand during the cocktail hour....

Okay, i've now figured out that i will be ordering one Chicken and one Filet Mignon. I plan on using paypal, does that mean i have to pay the $2 surcharge twice? Or is there a way to just pay it once?

It is a surcharge of $2 per meal, since Paypal keeps a percentage of the funds submitted. If you don't want to pay the surcharge send the club a check.

Hey Jason what day are you planning on heading down? We're (Liza and me) & (Joe and guest to be determined) are heading down on Thursday. Preliminary plans are to stop in NYC at some point on Thursday and then head the rest of the way down. It's about a 7-hour drive and departure times still need to be discussed. Let us know so we can hook up.
