ART BROWN OF RALEIGH, NC passed away after a long, courageous battle with cancer.
Art was born in Detroit, MI. He served his country as a member of the United States Coast Guard. Afterwards he had a 30-year career with IBM.
He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Ginger Brown; his brother, Robert (Chip) Brown, Jr. of Bradenton, Florida; step son, Jim Capra of Hood River, OR; and two nieces; and five nephews.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the NC Eye Bank or Safe Haven for Cats.
