Ashtray/SeatWarmers Panel

I just bought a 2000 LS and there's a burn mark next to the ashtray on the woodgrain. Also, it seems that the buttons for the heated seats are a little temperamental. The first time I pressed them, they worked. A week later, they didn't. A day later they did. I'm hoping that there won't be a problem with the heated seats. But anyone know where I can get that piece of the panel? Thanks.
 
Walk into a Ford or Lincoln dealership, tell them you want :

Part # XW4Z-5404608-BAA

It retails for ~$40.00.

Take the ashtray out and pop the bezel off with a small screwdriver and unplug the switches.

You'll probably be better off to do it after you have the new piece in your hands so you can see exactly where the holding clips are.
