I thought I'd start a separate thread here. Steff, not sure how you want to share directions. Perhaps that's another thread.

I'm sure many of us would like to contribute to the B-B-Q. Perhaps we can sign up here for food contributions. Stuff like salads, snacks, soft drinks and so on. With your wife expecting soon, it's the least we can do to make things easier for you guys.

I think we should make alternate arrangements as Stef's wife has had two "false alarms" this week with their family addition, so she's due any time.

I don't know the area well, but I'll get some recommendations for a local pub nearby to grab few BEvERages and some grub. Then if Stef is available, he can stop by... and he won't have to clean the house up!

Does this sound okay? Suggestions?

I'll make another post tomorrow with some suggestions or if anyone else has any ideas, feel free to chime in!

Seeing as you have a finger on the pulse here, it's probably a good suggestion... As it is, I heard Stef is going to name the baby Lincoln if it's a boy... If we all show up and his wife goes into labour, who knows what can happen!

Good call, Gas... I think that is a good sign of respect...

A couple of recommendations are:
1) A local restaurant that just changed over to a Shoeless Joe's franchise (just up the road) from Fines.

2) A bit further into town, is an English-style pub called 'Toby Jug' which is good place as well.

We can decide on Sunday if nothing else...

Sorry guys but I have to bail. We have to take the kids to Belleville on Sunday to meet up with some friends who are taking them to Ottawa for the week. So... a car show and a burger with the boys or one week with no kids.... Have fun everyone!

Randy: If you're driving to Belleville bewteen 12 and 4:00 PM stop by, Bolton is only 21 minutes north of the 407 according to MapQuest.

Hey guys, sorry for disappearing, been on holidays away from any computers. No baby yet, but wife is very close and the bbq might be too much for her, I don't plan on entering my car in the show but, should be there, Thanks for understanding, Stefan
