Back from Key West!! Pics!

Well, took the 97 Mark on a 3,000 mile plus roadtrip. No problems at all! Key West was great.. went snorkling, parasailing, jet-skiing, sailed on a sunset cruise on a catamaran, museums, BEACH, etc etc. Had a close encounter with a Nurse Shark while snorkling, about 5 feet away!!!! And an even CLOSER encounter with a damn jelly fish. About 6 inches from my mask!!! The tenticles just nabbed my wrist, but a lil vinegar and some booze on the boat back to land put a stop to that nonsense. Enjoy!

As a frequenter of Key West, Bahia Honda State Park and the Florida Keys when I lived down in Miami, I'm jealous. That is one great place to visit. Everyone on this board should experience Key West and the Florida Keys.
Oh, and Nurse Sharks are harmless, but good eating.

I have been to FLA many times as a kid...last time I was there was a stop in Miami on my way to Turks and Caicos a few years ago.

I long to go back...and for a brief moment, your photos took me there.

one of these days i will take a road trip with the wife and kids and go see the keys, hell i'm lucky enough i can drive there in a half a day! we havent been yet, the closest i got to there was south beach in miami. but i wasnt there for enjoyment, just picking up a car, drove down, turned around and drove right back. i have wanted to see the keys since we moved here, almost 7 years now i think its time!!!
