3rd battery in 4 years......evrything was going haywire.. I thought maybe this time I had lost the alt which I replaced 3 years ago, but it had all the symptoms of a failed battery....

ABS light flashing, AC system power up and down, radio playing static....man I feel sorry for the computer, it must have taken a few serious spikes today...

New Wal-Mart battery =$43.00

Te, You might want to check that electrical system a little closer. I know you've probably been over it, but check for grounds (or maybe even add an extra one)

I'd also check the load, maybe there is a small load somewhere in the car that is discharging the battery inordinatley (but not enough so as it won't start). Deep cycling a batter is bad for it.

3 batteries in 4 years is unusual. I get 4-5 out of my batteries (barring incident)
