No, I prefer it being such a subtle thing, a non-entity, it's not mentioned at all... 
At least in Mass, so many people are so reactionary towards weapons, I never say a word, let alone brag about anything...

-JWell...obviously you haven't been on here long enough to know me and my "situation" so the normal guys would understand my comment a little better. Plus, everyone else was commenting on their guns and posting pictures and what have you, so I think my mere comment of saying its cool is much less of a brag than the others, yet you single me out.

And having been here for 9 years, I can probably name the handful of people who have been here longer... but longevity is not an excuse for my long extended absences from the message board...
I just personally think that weapons shouldn't be taken lightly... perhaps I'm one of those reactionary Mass people too and I don't even know it...

LOL, reminds me of a story...
While traveling in a caravan of work vehicles years ago in rural southern WV, one of our drivers got in a verbal exchange with what was apparently a local redneck jibber-jabbering on the CB radio. Things escalated until the loco said something about ending this BS with his .45 - or something to that effect. To which our driver exclaimed, "Good Buddy, you think you're the only one carryin'??"
The air waves suddenly went quiet. LOL

I know you're an old timer here, I just meant that you haven't been around for a while except here and there. If you don't know already...I'm a cop and I don't have a choice but to carry a gun and so far its been pretty cool.
