best way to clean out your engine

I wanted to know if seafoam the best way to clean out your engine or if there is anything eles. Thank you people for your help

Auto Rx is by far the best way to clean out your engine (and also the most expensive). I believe there are 2 stages. It is an ester based product.

Does it work the same way as SeaFoam (in the intake)? And can it be had in CA?

By 'clean your engine out', I presume you mean to clean the induction(air intake) system of the motor. There are other commercial products available such as Berryman B12 Chemtool Air Intake & Throttle Body Cleaner and 3M Intake System Cleaner.

However, Seafoam(when used properly) can do as good of a job as any commercially applied cleaner.

Fatty Acids and Lanolin...sounds like hand lotion.
