Bone stock 93 Mark VIII 14.7 @ 94.5mph

Got a good launch, managed an impressive 2.15 60 foot time and the car went 14.7 at 94.5mph. It's a bone stock 93 Mark VIII with 50,000 miles on it. Technique was flash the converter and leave it in drive, no burnout.... 42psi in the front tires, 30psi in the rear. The car also had little cool down time... once it cooled off unfortunately so did the tires and I ended spinning my last two runs badly, 2.6-2.7 60 foot times so i'm not sure if it has a little more in it...

My 97 was built in August of 96, must have been an early gen 2.

You know how to drive these cars down the track...

That car is faster than my gen II with chip, gears.

Those are very good times for stock Mark VIII.
I couldn't get any better than 15.1 @ 92 mph out of my stock second gen LSC.
