Hi :wave: I am from Iowa and just bought my 1st Mark VIII. It is a 1997 pearl white base but the previous owner took the catalytic converter out and put the LSC exhaust on it. It has 118,xxx miles and I paid $2300 for it. The car used to be in Arizona and has like no rust on it. The car isn't in perfect condition by any means but most everything works and drives good. I guess the guy replaced the fuel pump, u-joint and front upper control arms. He told me a bushing is bad so it would need replaced. When I drove it home the coolant was low so that had me a little worried. He said he just flushed it but must of not filled it all the way up. Didn't let the thermostat open up or something. So far I am pleased with the car though. I don't really know a whole lot about cars or how to work on them. I am hoping this car last me a long time without a lot of major repairs as I don't have the know how to do them myself. From what I've read online these are awesome cars so I'm excited about having one.
