It sounds like it's overfilled alright.

I overfilled one once when I changed the fluid. I used a long clear plastic tube to siphon it out of the dipstick tube.

I use clear tubing so I can see when to take my mouth off of the tube, so I don't get a mouthful.:D
 
hahah well i changed the fluid/filter and set to appropriate level... and now....

its worse !! haha no salvage here. shes comin out
