Yes, we have to work that out. I talked to the hotel this morning, and have contacted JP to figure out how we're going to handle this.

We have the room all night (well, till 11:59), we're going with a cash bar, and I'm going to check on appetizers to start at 6:30. Salad will start at 7:30 pm, with dinner around 7:45.
 
If we had gone for the "bartender fee" would it have been an open bar? :D

Premium open bar is 11.95 for the first hour, 8.50 for all additional hours. Probably per person, plus add 6% sales tax. I have no idea how we could work something like that.

This could be good research, we should track our bar tab at an hourly rate...

DPH... drinks per hour..., maybe drunk per hour...

hmmm... # of drinks x $10 avg/hr

sorry I was traveling at 60DPH when I lost control of that cake... :D
