Mark my Bird!
I've been wanting to start this thread for awhile now but as you can see I've been a bit busy 
Anyway, I put this in the suspension thread since most of what I am doing is suspension work. If there is a better home more suited for it feel free to move it.
First off the pictures so far...
My package from Inline Tube along with the old rusted stuff.
The rusted through area (sorry for the bad use of macro)

EVAP tray ready to go in
Car as it sits now (bumper cover getting made "presentable")
Before ripping out the front suspension
I will have more updates tomorrow. I hope to get the front suspension in and get it back it back on it's wheels for a bath!
