Changing leather on drivers seat

At 90K miles my drivers seat leather is showing some wear. Can the leather from a passenger side seat be installed on a drivers seat?
 
jack, i may have a rear seat skin saved that will match yours, you can then have an upholstery shop fix the parts that are worn, i had this done to a pair of black front seats using the rear leather from the same car, the nice thing about doing this is the leather is a dead match, unlike when they give you one of them " we'll get it as close as possible " deals. you had light graphite correct? if so, and if you may want to go this route, let me know and i will search my stash of seat skins.
