Check Air Ride Message Comes and Goes

Not sure what is going on with my car but the Check air ride message comes on for a few hours or a day of driving and then all of a sudden it goes away. When the message comes on, the car is at normal ride height and the message comes on within 10 seconds. I did the sensor drop on it the day after I bought it. When the message goes away, the car is lowered like its supposed to be. But when the message comes on, it raises up to normal ride height.

Could it be a bad ride height sensor? Would cleaning all the electrical connectors with electric parts cleaner and then reconnecting with di electric grease hlep fix them?

Does the message come on when the car should be venting or pumping up?

If it comes on randomly, I'd buy a used front sensor and try it on each side to see if it helps.

And yes, I would check all the wire connections and look for signs of bad wires (worn insulation).
