Chicago Auto Show: When do you want to go to the Chicago Auto Show as a group?

Seems like it's getting confusing in the other thread. For those interested in going to the show as a group, please post your preference here.
I suppose I could go on Thursday if enough people are going, but to be honest, I really don't want to have to use a vacation day just to go to the show.
And as a suggestion - for those who can't make it at a particular time (who knows how bad traffic and parking will be), I'd suggest after talking to Brad that at regular intervals (say 9, 12, 3 and 6) we all meet up at the Lincoln Display - thus if someone shows late, we can still all get together.

Good idea about meeting at the Lincoln display.
Just thinking, what better day to go to the Auto show with plenty of Lincolns, with a Lincoln group, than on Abe Lincoln's birthday?

You read my mind! I was just going to suggest someone post a new topic with the auto show as the subject because some out of towners might be interested, but wouldn't look in the "Midwest meet" thread.
Anyway, I voted for Thursday, mostly because it will likely be less crowded. I'll ask for the day off if that's what everyone chooses.
I can do Saturday too, so it's no big deal for me. I'd hate for some people to get left out because they can't do Thursday.

Well, next time try to make the super secret Midwest Chapter meets! hahaha.
I agree that we haven't gotten together in a while, but I think that once the weather gets better there'll be more things to do. Hey, if you need backup on your Archer cruise, holla back.

Man we gotta start doing those cruises in spring. Archer is going to be loaded with Stangs..... OOOOO YEA I can't wait !. I usualy am up at Dunkin Donuts chillin' with some of the guys, talking about cars and whatever. Some of em got some nice Cobra's.... Damn rich polacks....

You guys need to come to joliet, we do real street racing! Theres a place were only one car waits till another car comes then they both go to rock run ( a long strech of empty road ) and let me tell you I never see any honda guys, They our all tucked in there beds. I have have seen some badass TT Supras

Manuel.... I just got my car back and all I can say is DDDDDDDDAMN !
You serioulsy have to stop by and take some shots of it and post em up for me if possible. I would appreciate it alot. We could take a pic of both our Marks together. It came home today with Steve's Cobra R hood and a couple extra neat stuff. Paint job is Flawless... like glass and the bumper like suuuuperb. I also had the trunk re-done and filled. All the emblems on the car are now Obselete! Hopefully we could maybe meet up one day this weekend. I'm most likely going to head up to Windy City auto spa to get a nice wash maybe tomorrow. ( What a awesome job they do there.) I'm going to pick up some new bulbs for the ride too. I totaly love the finished product and I highly recommend Jay Kay Automotive on 47th Palaski. My uncle John did the work. And he is nothing less than a Perfectionist.
Hope to hear from ya soon, I need those pics online asap! LOL.

Jon dont buy those gay blue bulbs, if you want a HID look get Silverstars, you know what im talking about, If you buy those cheap 2 for 12.99 they are going blow up and ruin your new head lights. anyways congrats on the hood, I can come by with a camra, I am going to have my car go under the knife for some plastic surgery. Whats the number to the place, ask him how much to shave the molding and paint it.

Let me know when, I work 9-5pm during the week and this weekend might be rainy. Also, that car wash is right by my house on Harlem, I agree, they do excellent work and take their time.
