I recently got my old Mark 8 reinspected after sitting since October.. Slapped some new tires on it, and have been driving it a good bit lately.
The front suspension has started clunking quite a bit. I assume I need to inspect/replace the front control arms? Is this correct? I'm a little in the dark on the front suspension. The most work I've done up there is replace the front strut assemblies a few years back with second gen stuff. I'm tired of listening to the thunk/clunk, which has now been amplified by the fact that I am running a lower profile higher performance (stiffer..) tire - 235/45ZR17 Nitto NT555s. And, of course, it's only about an inch off the ground .
Where should I start with this one?
