}( i got the cobra intake installed. it wasnt that hard of a swap. i thought it would be worse. i am running the imrc delete plates and #24 lb injectors. now just need a tune sometime. right now it idles fine and runs great. i noticed some loss on the low end but the top end pulls a lot more than before the swap. now just getting the hood to close on it will be fun. does anyone know where i could get the cowl hood? i would rather have that then deal with the shimming of the k member and cutting the stock hood. and info is greatly appreciated. i will post pics later.

If you deleted the IMRCs, it will definitely need a tune to run properly. I had mine wired open when the motor gave out, and it wouldn't start very easy after sitting overnight. If I were you, I'd space the K-member, it's really easy. I hate the way legendary cowl hoods look, and all the ones I've seen didn't line up very well with the fenders or the chrome strip. You knew you had the 24lb injectors in there stock right ?

The rear of the hood must be cut. Im doing mine that way. Also im doing a one off custom fiberglass overlay mold that will cover the huge hole i cut out of middle of mark hood with the Dewalt Rotozip. It will be ALOT more subtle that the legendary hoods, with a slight bubble. Kinda like you slammed the hood onto top of the Mustang motor, and it dented out. (it will have its shape of the upper intake and heads). I'm trying to keep it stealth, even running the stock rims with 50's on all four, but the hood must be modded in my opinion.

i thought the mark had 19 lb injectors. but it was a good thing i got the new ones because one of my old injector tip broke off. but i would rather have a cowl hood. how do u post pics i cant get mine to work right. i have pics of my engine and intake.
