Could I get ESP to pay for a new driveshaft??

My Mark has developed a pretty bad vibration problem, right now it feels like i'm in a massage chair when cruising down the highway. I'm scarred this will have adverse effects on my other car parts like the transmission. Its quite a shame that a great car like this drives like a POS at 65-85 mph. I know its not the wheel balance because i recently got new tires as well as a wheel balance and it did nothing for my vibration problem.

Now I still have the Ford ESP until December. Here is what it covers
Rear-Wheel Drive
Axle shafts
Drive-axle housing and all internal parts
Drive shaft

I'm thinking for the 100$ deductible i could get a new driveshaft installed but the real question is if i could get them to install and pay for an aftermarket driveshaft that would fix the vibration, not a ford one that will probably keep things the same, or will one from ford fix the problem?

Dont think it would unless the driveshaft was faulty, because most Marks have this problem, now as for a replacement driveshaft, Dennis is the man to call.

How can I play stupid and tell them that its a design flaw with the original driveshaft. If i play stupid they will try and sell me a wheel balance. Which i know they will try and do. And btw the driveshaft is flawed because why else would my car vibrate they way it does on the freeway.

Tell them it's the driveshaft, and that if they want to try to balance or replace the tires first, that you want it in writing that they will pay for those repairs if they do not fix the problem. Also call up the warranty company and tell them "I've talked to a few people who've had this same problem, they fixed it with this driveshaft, which is about half the price of the OEM driveshaft."

Is it really half price??? I thought both of them were around $500. The only thing that bothers me is that Ford ESP will most likely only use Ford OEM parts i hope i can go around that. IF someone else did please let me know.

I know someone got them to replace 4 rims on their car due to the chrome bubbling up. I guess they said the rims were defective?

Plus if Ford, Lincoln Mercury can't fix the same problem within 3 attempts, isn't that grounds for the lemon law?

The rims were replaced during the original Bumper to Bumper I believe. Esp does not cover that many parts and it has a $100 deductible.
