Does anyone have or know where I can get an aftermarket coolant Crossover tube? Mine is in horrible shape and even if I sandblast & power coat, I just don't think it will "clean up"

I don't know about aftermarket, but you should be able to find one used or from the dealer. I replaced one on my '94 a few years back, i think it was just a bit over $100.

Any suggestions on removal?? Mine needs to be painted, might do it in place but I'd rather get it powdercoated. I tried to get it off last summer and I would not budge at all. Tried all sorts of things to remove it w.o damaging or breaking it, no luck.

there are two bolts that hold it on. two tabs on the tube are held in place by bolts. Remove those and pull. Pull hard. It will be a pain in the rear, it will not want to come off. you'll probably need to replace the o-rings when you put it back on, too.

sand blasting will work fine....you'll be amazed.
