Discounted Motorcraft parts?

I swear somewhere on this forum, people used to recommend someone that worked at a dealer that could get people decent prices on OEM Motorcraft parts? Does anyone happen to have his contact information or have a good deal on a OEM Motorcraft intake manifold for a 97 Town Car?

I have also seen reports of folks locating hard to find parts at Tousley Ford, which is actually just down the road from me here in Minnesota. I don't think we have "a guy" there, but they do seem to have a large parts warehouse.
 
I did call Max and told him I got the info here. He quoted me around $150 off retail so that was a pretty good discount, so even with shipping it's not too shabby. I'm checking a few more local sources before I commit to anything.
