Well, Serg - I learned the hard way never to trust mapquest directions. But seriously - this isn't hard to get to. It's just that Steve calls me on the cell phone and gives me a vague idea of where he has ended up, and then I give him even vaguer, and mostly incorrect, ideas on how he can best get to where the rest of us are. ;)

In terms of hotels - there will be lots of choices. Are you going to want to stay near the Hooters, or find something closer to the city?

I'm not sure where I'll end up. So I guess I should'nt have asked about hotels until maybe when I get there. I asked Jeremi but haven't heard back from him yet, I don't want a dump though.
I am not sure my gf wants to go(don't think so)So it depends on that too!
I don't like mapquest, I think it's too detailed, being an x semi driver.

Hey Serg, you looking for a place to stay at ?
If so, there is a hotel called " Homestead Inn" about 5 minutes from the Hooters we will be at. Also right next door is Embassy Suites Hotel. The Homestead Inn is very comfy and is low priced. We hit that up for our Prom "after party" and yea, all I can say is, " those beds do hold up well" LOL. Sorry a bit "tipsy" right now, just getting back from a party.

But the Homestead Inn is located on 22nd and Technology Drive. If you come up to the meet, I could bring ya there to check it out real quick and perhaps you could stay there. Rooms are nice and is only about 4 - 5 minutes from Hooters.

This is only if you are looking for a place to stay. Sorry if I mixed up anything.

I don't know yet, but I'm almost positive I'll be staying at my friend's place in Addison.

Are we planning anything for the Saturday night ? Jon, what's up with all the parties I hear about all the time from you ?

Jeremi, I got some parties here and there. You have to have some drinks everynight after working at UPS doing slave labor. :)
Saturday night I'll try and find a nice party and have a after hours LOD meet. lol. Also, you should try and head up to Archer Ave. (right next to my house) nothing but suped up cars from Evo's to Camaro SS's, 5.0's and a lot of Trans Am's. You would have fun.
We'll talk more about it at the meet.

Perhaps we could maybe spend some time one morning and get this lowering kit in my ride already... LOL

At my age I could allways crash in the back seat HA HA.
I hope there will be something going on for after hours the night will be young for an out of towner.

Ha, Nope I fixed it but no fuh tens, I put back the stock pumpkin it took about on hour or 2, on my way to motorsports unlimited to make my car fast again.

I tightened the ring bolts to a 100 pounds, I guess that was not enough, after looking at everything it looks like I just going to need to new bearings to be on the safe side and a tube of lock tight. It sucks but Im just glad the bolt didnt get in the gear then it would have been a nightmare, I need to get those bearings Im sick of 1 tire fire already.

Hmmmmmmmm... I wonder if we put locktite on my ring gear bolts? ::roll::

I'll have to look up the torque spec out of curiosity. Glad you didn't have to do anything major.
