that one "skeleton" racer in the left lane would have had them ALL beat....that thing must have had a flux capacitor, which according to the P.T.D.R. rulebook, is allowed in the 110v class.

Hey Driller,by the way,are you familiar with something called
tuned port injection.Something made,you know uh by the other guys.
I cant say the words(Im still really angry about the engine thats
out of my blazer and laying in parts on floor of my shop.The dealer only charged me 1k for that warranty fiasco.So much for legacy costs)
anyway Ive got a T-bucket with a carbed 305 and Im thinking TPI.
Any thoughts?

Vaguely. The only interest I had was in the research of tuning long tube runner design. From what I understand though, TPI is best utilized on longer stroke motors at lower rpms(1500-3500) compared to most of todays higher revving engines. So I would guess for a 305 it could be made to work well.
