Drive low with your computer

RE: Drive low with your computer

all that the box is doing is change the volatege the sensors are giving to the copmuter when the switch is one the pots resrtic some of it telling the computer to lower the car when its off it by passes the pots nothing to special and $120

Edit hes using a pic but still the same idea tell the pic what volatege to add or subtrac to make the car ride how you want

RE: Drive low with your computer

I know that the "glow box" are not the best place,
that why we are working on a module without sliders
only one or two knobs.
About the price, it's not so expensive... I mean, work on
the module minimum 2 hours + buying all the componments,
testing the module etc...

Actually, if it works the way he says it does, it is more complicated than just altering the sensor voltage to tell the car to drop. You need to tell it to drop AND you need to ensure the computer doesn't correct it, all without air ride errors, and all while the stock computer is still in charge. What you described is more like a "drop/stop dropping" switch.

its basicly taking the senos input and adding or subtracitng so much to get the desired ride hieght and 120 isnt a bad price it takes alot of work to get a board to production

RE: Drive low with your computer

Ok kids,
We are ready to sell the module now.
but first, we will like to have someone that will want to be our importer in US.
Naturally, this one will receive a module for free
thanks for your patience

Would you need a license to sell this stuff? I mean think about it, how much sales a week? If they arent many, you can pass it off as a personal sale... cant ya?

RE: Drive low with your computer

has anyone received and installed one of Henri's Module VIII's??
ready to jump, but thought we would have gotten some feedback from users by now?

PM, or Email me with details and opinions if you wish not to post.
Thanks,

Rex

since some of you dont like going to markviii.org, i fiqure id share this post, idont see why some dont like markviii site[/div]

Not to threadjack here, but what is the deal with that? I tried to link to a thread on this site from over there. The URL was partially blocked out and I got a disciplinary e-mail from the administrator about it. I can understand some healthy competition and as the owner of the site he has every right to moderate it as he sees fit, but it seems a little heavy-handed to block any references to it.

I don't know the background of LOD vs markviii.org so there's probably more to the story than I'm aware of, but on the face of it I think two small clubs for a relatively unpopular car (in terms of collector value, at least for the near future) could do better to join forces. Just my 2 cents. ;)
