I installed factory Alpine 6 disc am/fm radio and the cd tray will not open. I get a cd error message when I try to eject it. When I hit the load button it says slots full. The radio works fine. I have not gotten the tray to open at all.I just pluged the wire harness in and that was it. I have tried 2 different Alpines cd players and I am having the same problem with both of them. Any ideas?
