First Runs with Xcal

So I got to the track today to test out the changes that my Xcal made. I didn't get a new best time out of the deal, which is what I was hoping for, but I am happy with the results.

Got 6 runs in, could have had more, but my buddy with a 99 Cobra blew a heater core hose on the first run, we worked on it for 3 hours and ended up just by passing the heater core. Beat him, a G6, a v8 Grand Prix, and my buddy in a 91 Talon TSi AWD.

My 1/4 e.t.s ranged from 14.7991 to 14.9819 with mphs in the 93.53 to the 94.94 range.

The temps today were around 75 degrees (according to the car), with track temps being pretty high. I could not get traction, and I had about a 100 extra pounds in my trunk that I couldn't put anywhere. Compared to my best time when it was around 50 degrees with good traction and an empty trunk. Only difference in car setup other than those are the xcal.

With those differences in mind, here is the best run from today, compared to my all time best.
All Time Today
rt 0.3629 0.1799
60' 2.1420 2.2661
330' 6.1710 6.3480
1/8 et 9.4789 9.6189
1/8 mph 73.66 74.03
1000' et 12.3001 12.4102
1000' mph 85.71 87.51
1/4 et 14.7001 14.7991
1/4 mph 91.83 93.55

So overall I'm happy because I know that if I had similar 60fts I would have had a new best, and if all conditions were the same I'd be even quicker still. Times are unadjusted. Thanks for looking.

That's a good improvement in MPH with the tune, I would guess you picked up around 15 horsepower from it. I would be happy considering you didn't get as good of a launch and weather conditions were worse.

Yea, at first I was a little dissapointed I didn't get a quicker time, but the more I thought about it, I'm happy with the results.
